The homeowner was experiencing dimming lights and loss of power when the electrical load was applied. After conducting our standard ten-point safety inspection, issues were identified in the electrical panel and in the service entrance cable. Cabling used for service delivery was not rated for underground burial. Replaced standard SEU cable above ground and sleeved for protection. Replaced electrical panel with a new 200A SquareD QO panel with surge protection. Updated grounding and bonded to water pipes. Circuits tested and labeled. Load tested. System operating properly.
