Clinton Electric Company completed specialized electrical work at the Baltimore Marine Center fuel pier in Baltimore, Maryland. The project required electrical expertise in a working marine environment, where reliable power, equipment protection and safe operation are particularly important.

The completed work provided Baltimore Marine Center with additional fueling capacity, supporting reliable operation of the fuel pier and its associated electrical equipment.

Working electrical systems in marine environments requires an understanding of the demands placed on equipment by weather, moisture and continuous commercial use. Added to this, there are special requirements including explosion proof fittings and the extra care of operating on controls that manage petroleum delivery. This project adds to Clinton Electric’s experience providing electrical services for specialized commercial facilities throughout the Baltimore region.
