Troubleshooting a level 2 ChargePoint charger in the Ikea parking lot across from White Marsh Mall in Nottingham. We have worked as Chargepoint partners and certified installers and repair technicians for years. After determining that this charger was experiencing an issue we could not fix in the field, we worked with the manufacturer to authorize a head swap. Removed the smart part of the charger, replaced it with components on-hand, and worked with ChargePoint to get the repaired charger registered, reconnected and back online.
