Initial call to repair gas station sign found the top of the sign not lighting. Tested feed to make sure proper voltage was getting to the sign. Using bucket truck, accessed bulbs behind sign face. Tested ballast. All OK. Checked bulbs and found 4 F96T12HO bulbs with black mars on the ends. Supplied and replaced bulbs. Reassembled sign. All work was tested and complete.
