Replacing a panel after a surge

Surge happens.  After a line came down in front of this home, the resulting surge completely fried this 200A panel.  Clinton Electric worked with the homeowner’s insurance company and coordinated permitting and inspections with BGE.  We furnished and supplied all necessary equipment from the weatherhead to the breakers.  We installed a new panel box, reconnected and inspected all existing circuits.  New branch circuits were added as needed.  Grounding and bonding, new service cables and the required service disconnect are all up to code.  And, of course, we also included a surge protection device.

But, perhaps just as  important, doesn’t this panel look fantastic?
